Mumbles Lighthouse off Mumbles Head Swansea

The Mumbles Lighthouse is built on an island at Mumbles Head. when tide is out you can walk to lighthouse. The lighthouse also includes a defence battery built in 1861 against the possibility French invasion. The gun battery has been decommissioned.
