There came a time when a golf club wanted to rent a big slice of farm land, and so Mr. Rheinhardt and his son concluded to give up extensive farming and do a little intensive. They already had built one of our Pipe Frame Houses by way of experiment. It proved so successful thai last fall they completed two more of the same construc- tion. Bought the materials of us and did their own erecting. It was along in early November when I happened around there one morning and had a most delightful talk with both father and son. The father had that brand of rare solid sense which comes to men who have had years of looking things straight in the face. The son was all enthusiasm. Not the bubbling kind, that just spills over and nothing much else. But the brand that keeps on smiling and climbing while he's smiling. A combination of Dad and Son like that, just can't help making the cash register merrily ring up profits. When I came away, it was with an armful of choice mum blooms, which certainly did gladden up my hotel room. After which, sent them to the hospital to bring sunshine to some poor cuss or other. If you are thinking of building and live with- in going distance of Rheinhardt & Son, take time to go and talk with them. You will sure get some solid, sound sense on green- house building.
