Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corps Gen. Glenn M. Walters views the new CH-53K King Stallion during a visit to Marine Corps Air Station New River, June 7. The ACMC traveled to MCAS New River to view the capabilities of the new CH-53K King Stallion at Marine Operational Test and Evaluation Squadron 1. VMX-1 received the Marine Corps' first CH-53K on May 16 and will assess the maintenance, sustainment and logistics of the King Stallion.
