5TH FLEET AREA OF OPERATIONS (April 30, 2017) Boatswain’s Mate 2nd Class Daniel Martinez-Lebron renders a salute to an AS-332 Super Puma helicopter during a vertical replenishment aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Truxtun (DDG 103). The ship is deployed to the 5th Fleet area of operations in support of maritime security operations designed to reassure allies and partners and preserve the freedom of navigation and the free flow of commerce in the region.
