FORT HOOD, Texas – The 36th Combat Aviation Brigade of the 36th Infantry Division, Texas Army National Guard, case their unit’s colors in a ceremony Aug. 5, 2022, at North Fort Hood, Texas. The aviation brigade has been preparing to deploy overseas in support of Operation Inherent Resolve for the past few months at North Fort Hood. “We are a time-on-target [combat aviation brigade] and we will continue to be so,” said Scott. “The combatant command is expecting us to provide quality aviation support and that is exactly what we are going to do.”
