Cpl. Donnelly captured a photo of Lt. Col. Launcelot Purcell on a tour around the American Rest Camp in Knotty Ash, Liverpool, England on August 9th, 1918. The photo also shows a woman chauffeur dressed in khaki with a emblem on her shoulders. It was approved by the censor, but the date of approval is unknown.
