Having a two-fold use, Fig. 50 is very desirable in the smallcottage or bungalow home where the dining room is frequentlythe living room. It is well adapted for beginners in the homelife and when not in use looks well against the wall as a settle,particularly when the room has a timbered or paneled treatment.
