A photograph numbered 25,272 shows Harry J. Adams, 1st Sgt. of Co. K, 353rd Inf., 89th Div. of Rochester, Adams captured a German soldier on September 12th, 1918, in Bouillonville, Meurthe et Moselle, France. Adams followed the German into a house, firing his last two shots before apprehending him along with 18 staff officers and 355 soldiers.
