Beat to stiff froth 4 eggs, and then mix in lightly 1 cup siftedpowdered sugar. Drop by spoonful on paper-lined tin, pressingdown any point with wet knife blade; dust with sifted sugar anddry, not bake, in slack oven. They should not turn yellow.
