'A Scene from Weather Forecast', 1934, (1934). Weather Forecast, 1934, directed by Evelyn Spice, produced by Company General Post Office Film Unit, John Grierson and photography by George Noble. Made under the direction of the General Post Office, Weather Forecast depicts the General Post Office’s telecommunications systems in bringing the latest weather reports to the country. Largely educational in purpose, providing a detailed portrait of the complex channels of communication used to produce the forecast.
