The light from sodium in a vacuum-tube lias a somewhatcomplicated and variable structure, but in one experiment,the result of which is given in fig. 5, the visibility curve Fig. (envelope) is relatively simple, and the correspondingintensity curves (fig. 6) show results almost identical withPhil Mag.
