This picture is one of the series of Pictures that I took from different New Zealand birds (native or introduced) feeding from a unique New Zealand Flax. New Zealand Flax is beautiful and alongside of the Silver Fern is one of the New Zealand symbols. Also, this plant is one of most ancient plants on our planet. I tried to show that many birds and insects are feeding from this beautiful plant which is also a kind of symbols of the summer in Down Under.
