Sir,—I have the tonor to present herewith the twenty-ninth annual report ofthe Entomological Society of Ontario. It contains an account of the proceedings atour annual meeting, which was held in the City of Montreal, on the 8th and 9th ofNovember last. The change from London, the usual place of meeting and the head-quarters of the society, was made in order that the members generally might join inthe celebration of the twenty-fifth anniversary of the formation of the MontrealBranch. The report includes the financial statement of the Treasurer and the reportsof the various sections, branches and officers of the society, as well as the papersand addresses delivered during the course of the meeting.
