The table is the left half of a diptych. The enthroned Christ, surrounded by the aged apostles Peter and Paul, is depicted. The long-haired countenance with a downward-edged beard shows greedy features. The right hand is raised in the blessing of the blessing, the left is supported by a precious book decorated with precious stones. Both panels use the same cloisters as the archival altar, the curtain, the throne, and the "court" of the apostles or archangels, and represent the one Christ. The left side shows the heavenly ruler in his perfect divinity, as Lord of the end times and stern judges. On the right hand, Maria, on the other hand, presents the divine Logos, which has become a true man in the form of the child.
