Earlidawn ripens before all other strawberries and produces tremendous crops that lead the customers right to your door for those early profits. Berries of Earlidawn are light red in color and have a fairly firm, light red flesh. The flavor is tart and when used for preserves and freezing this variety gives fine results. Earlidawn does not make runners freely but in reasonably good soil it will make a good fruiting bed. Sus- ceptible to A^erticillium wilt, it should not be planted where tomatoes or potatoes have recently been grown. Despite its earliness Earlidawn has unusual frost resistance. It ripens rapidly and produces lots of big berries that make the rows shine with the unmatched beauty of red, ripe strawberries. 25 Plants $; 50 for $; 100 for $; 1,000 for $ Complete Prices Page 17. 6 /NCREASf y/ELDS W/7H WRUS-FREE ?lfiiHl%.
