This might be, to some of your readers, mis-leading, but if they will look to the standard they will see with the heavier draft horses. The tail is also not quite tomy taste; it is carried about right and is about right in size,but the lower feathers are too long in comparison to theupper ones. I have before me a cut of a Brown Leghorncockerel, also one of Mr. Sewells productions, sent me afew days ago by Mr. George Osterhout, of Nebraska,which I prefer to the one we are considering. He is betterin the three sections I have specially mentioned; morenearly in accordance with my idea of a correct George O.
