Bournemouth, UK 20 March 2013. A 68 metre high 220 tonne crane holds a protective mat on the flyover side of the building to enable the demolition work to continue - the demolition is expected to be completed by the end of March. The sea view returns as bulldozers continue tearing down the Imax complex building on Bournemouth seafront, one of the most hated buildings in the UK. Once demolished, the site will be turned into an open-air events arena, ready for the summer season.
