Tamura Sake Brewery Garden - The Tamura family has served as the headman of Fussa village for generations. At the end of the Edo period, they obtained the right to draw water from the Tamagawa Aqueduct, which still flows nearby, and brought it onto their property. - it was used not only for the Tamura family but also for the surrounding area's daily life and farming. Tamura Kanjiro established the sake brewery. He dug a well on the property of his house, and named the sake "Kasen." The well water is still used as spring water for brewing today. The current owner is the 16th generation. The Tamura family's private residence lawn spreads around the old watermill and the rock work and plantings are Japanese-style, creating a Japanese-Western style garden.
