Height, inches. 47—Bin: and White Ovoid J ah with Cad Covkr (Kaii</-li.\t) Body painted in pale cobalt-blue with a luxuriant plant oftropical foliage and two ladies seated at a table; the cover withthe figure of a boy playing. Has stand. Height. 3% inches. 48—Two Oviform and White Jars (Kniiy-hxi) With lightly spreading foot, high shoulder and hat-shaped in pale cobalt with broad foliate and diamond medal-lions, the covers with wreath borders of down-pointing leaves.(One cover cracked.) Carved stands. Height, iy3 49—Two k and Whitk Covkhed Cits with Saccers (Ktttig-lixi) With two handles. Profusely painted in cobalt-blue, each piecein eight ornamental sections outlined in white reserve. On thecups, eight pointed-arch panels with nearly straight sides; onthe saucers the arch is half-round, the panels tapering in theform of inverted cones, truncated by a circular central medal-lion: on the covers the eight peg-top panels, without arch, centerwith their points at the small pointed-knob handle. Each sol idblue panel adorned with luxuriant flower-scrolls in while reserveand delicately penciled. The loop cup-handles are in the formof archaic dragons.
