Pero's Footbridge, Harbourside, Bristol, England, UK. 20 September 2015. The bridge has been made over by Japanese artist Fujiko Nakaya who sculpts fog using high pressured water vapour. The city of Bristol is European Green Capital for 2015 and this art installation is drawing the attention of commuters and tourists to climate change and our attempts to control the weather. It is a busy footbridge with tourists taking photos of it, commuters passing over on foot and by bike and many boats passing underneath. All are emerging wet from the vapour.
