Sunset at the cemetery of Agios Efstratios ("Ai Stratis") island ,North Aegean, Greece. Agios Efstratios is one of the smallest inhabited Greek islands with around 200 permanent inhabitants. Agios Efstratios was used as a place of exile between 1929-1944 and 1947-1964. Between 1947-1964 around 7000 political prisoners (among them important writers, poets, actors, politicians) remained for long periods of their lives in this beautiful island of the Aegean.
