FT. RUCKER, Ala. (Jan. 25, 2019) – Mr. Rodney Dippel, a Joint Enroute Care Course (JECC) instructor, explains to Rear Adm. Tina Davidson, Navy Medicine Education, Training and Logistics Command (NMETLC) commander and Navy Nurse Corps director, the simulated drugs students give to interactive mannequins during the simulator portion of JECC. Davidson and NMETLC Command Master Chief Richard Putnam traveled to Ft. Rucker as part of their visit to nearby Pensacola, Fla., area Navy Medicine commands.
