At the park the carstraverse a loop 4}4 miles inlength which enables the com-pany to serve quite a territoryand carry the passengers alongthe shore for a considerabledistance. The new trains to beput in service this summer willconsist of two motor cars eachand will be equipped with theWestinghouse multiple-unit sys-tem. Eighty of these equip-ments have been ordered for de-livery next spring. Baltimore is provided with alarge number of parks, some ofwhich are owned by the city andothers by the street railway com-pany. Druid Hill Park is prob-ably the most famous.
