The National Museum in Addis Abeba city, Etiopia. The National Museum of Ethiopia. Representation in wax of the last leaders of the country. The National Museum is home to Lucy (Dinqnesh), probably the most famous skeleton of a hominid in the world. Found in 1974 at Hadar on the banks of the Awash, it was called Australopithecus Afariensis, it has more than three million years, the oldest hominid found to date. The museum also has an interesting collection of archeology and artifacts from the history of Ethiopia, as well as objects of art and culture.
