DAKAR, Senegal (Aug. 22, 2013) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus meets with Senegalese President Macky Sall in the African nation’s capital. Senegal is the last stop on a multi-nation trip throughout the region to meet with Sailors and Marines, and civilian and military officials to discuss security and stability and to reinforce existing partnerships with African nations.
