NAVAL AIR FACILITY MISAWA, Japan (Feb. 15, 2012) - Builder 1st Class Firpi Ome, Sailor from Public Works Detachment Misawa, uses a ruler and chalk to mark off measurements for show cubbies being built for students enrolled at Cummings Elementary School here. Navy Misawa Chief Petty Officers (CPOs) and First Class Petty Officers (FCPOs) worked together as part of the CPO 365 program to build 10 cubbies for the students to utilize during Misawa’s snowy winters. The CPO 365 program is designed to provide CPO mentorship to FCPOs, while also introducing greater aspects of senior enlisted leadership, responsibility and accountability.
