The twoyounger children are at Bulsar, beingcared for by Sisters Kaylor and hourly prayers ascend for thesedear ones. In times like these we knowhow strong is the tie of love and fellow-ship in our mission family. We trustthat these afflicted ones may be speedilyrestored to health and that the infectionmay spread no further. They werestricken at Bulsar, where a number ofour missionaries were gathered together,so the danger of exposure is not is a time of anxiety but God is al-ways near to His own. ERHAPS no greaterblessing can come in-to a persons life thanpersonal fellowshipwith Jesus. One ofthe best ways to getand keep fellowshipwith Jesus is to getand keep Histhoughts. Histhoughts can be madea part of our being by committing theWord to memory and meditating uponit, as the Psalmist says, by day and bynight. To commit a verse of Scripture perday seems an easy task, and it will beeasy if one goes at it in the right as it may be to commit one verseper day, many will fail for lack of somedefinite plan. If we want to get themost out of our Memory League workwe must be willing to spend a definitetime with the Lord each day. I find my best time for committing isin the early morning. My first work isa little season of devotion, in which Icommit a verse, rehearse a chapter or twochapters, and spend some time in prayerand meditation. I have often felt Iwould set apart for communion withGod a part of the first of each day, butoth
