MAYPORT, Fla. (May 22, 2012) Ship's Serviceman 3rd Class Robert Gomez, assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS The Sullivans (DDG 68), sees his newborn daughter for the first time during a homecoming celebration at Naval Station Mayport. The Sullivans completed a seven-month deployment after participating in several exercises with NATO allies in support of maritime security operations.
