SAN DIEGO (Jan. 16, 2018) Mass Communication Specialist 3rd Class Reymundo Villegas, assigned to Naval Public Affairs Support Element West, takes a picture of former Chief Quartermaster and Pearl Harbor survivor Ray Chavez, from Poway, California. Chavez was the guest speaker for a Commander, Littoral Combat Ship squadron ONE naval heritage remembrance event at Naval Base San Diego. At 105, Chavez is the oldest living survivor of the attack on Pearl Harbor.
