DERBYSHIRE; BAKEWELL AND THE RIVER WYE

A row of brownstone buildings, unusual in Peakland towns, beside the River Wye in Bakewell, the gateway to the Peak District. It is a valley town surrounded by richly wooded hills stretching to high moorland, and the largest in the National Park.
