Blood products: transfusion bags containing human cryoprecipitate (CPD-A1), cross-matched for group A, Rhesus positive type blood. Human cryoprecipitate is a residue obtained from fresh, frozen blood plasma that has been thawed at 4 degrees C. This residue is rich in the antihaemophilic clotting factor (Factor VIII) and is used in the control of bleeding in haemophilia.
