An 11-meter rigid-hull inflatable boat, assigned to the forward-deployed amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6), propels through the East China Sea. Bonhomme Richard is the lead ship of the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group and, with the embarked 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, is currently conducting joint force operations in the 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
