The Army Corps of Engineers Temporary Emergency Power Team placed a generator at the El Yunque Communications by helicopter, when it was determined the road was unpassable. A portion of the communications tower was without power due to a generator failure, but a quick response by the team ensured the critical facility could still function, Rio Grande, Puerto Rico, September 11, 2018.
