I have two houses, one 22x120 feet and one 22x110 feet, running north and south. There is no gable on the north end, where the boiler house is. On the south end the glass is six feet from the ground. I should like to keep a heat of 55 degrees in zero weather, but so far I have not been successful. How large should the smokestack be? A 2%-inch main runs across both houses and from this I have six 2-inch flow pipes and ten 2-inch returns and also two 1^4-inch flows and four 1^4-inch returns.
