Marine holds security during a mass casualty simulation during a Combat Lifesaver Course

Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Beau Terry holds security during a mass casualty simulation during a Combat Lifesaver Course on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, July 11, 2024. The CLS course educates and trains Marines in basic casualty and combat care, preparing them to provide aide to injured service members in combat situations. Marines learn to provide similar life-sustainment care that a corpsman would administer until the causality can be treated by a medical professional. Terry, a native of Texas is a cannoneer with 3d Battalion, 12th Marine Littoral Regiment, 3d Marine Divison. ( Marine Corps photo by Cpl. Shayla Kuhn)
