NORFOLK (April 3, 2017) - Capt. Roger Curry, Fleet Forces (USFF) assistant chief of staff and commanding officer of enlisted personnel, signs the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) proclamation document during the SAPR Proclamation Kickoff event held at the Prisoner of War/Missing in Action Memorial Park on Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads. USFF SAPR victim advocates hosted the event to commence the base-wide observance of Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month and encourage leaders to pledge their command's dedication to sexual assault prevention.
