SEOUL, Republic of Korea (April 28, 2017) Republic of Korea Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Um, Hyun-song presents Lt. Brian Chaplow, 7th Fleet Band Master a plaque for his longstanding partnership with the ROK Navy Band after a combined 7th Fleet and Republic of Korea (ROK) Navy Band concert in the Olympic hall at Seoul Olympic Park. The Navy 7th Fleet Band was created in 1943 with the establishment of the Navy 7th Fleet and has performed for thousands of audiences throughout the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
