This car has a sedan/saloon type body with a front mounted engine delivering power to the rear wheels. Powering the Humber Sceptre is an overhead valve, litre naturally aspirated 4 cylinder engine, with 2 valves per cylinder that provides power and torque figures of bhp (80 PS/59 kW) at 5000 rpm and 123 N·m (91 lb· kgm) at 3500 rpm respectively.
