Capt. Christopher Easley, a New Braunfels, Texas native and commander of the Echo Battery, 69th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, sent his Soldiers to Fort Bliss to receive training from the Missile Defense Agency at the beginning of the year in preparation for the gunnery held in September 2017.
