Employee of the Donald Dannheim family who operate the New Ulm Dairy in Minnesota. Bottling milk is the major part of the business. Dannheim is working hard to retain the 10¢ price for chocolate ice cream bars. He and his family frequently arise at 5 Photographed by Flip Schulke. Documerica was a program sponsored by the EPA to photographically document subjects of environmental concern in the United States from about 1972 to 1977.
