Translucent blue flag blowing in the wind on the balcony of Casa Labia in Muizenberg .This National Monument was the residence of Count and Countess Natale was built in 1929 to reflect the spirit of 18th century Venice. It has been restored by the family and re-opened to the public on 5 May 2010 .It is now a multi-functional cultural centre.
