Henry Goldberg, the child of Holocaust survivors, tells his mother’s story of being a forced laborer in a work camp and how grateful she was to the American Soldiers who liberated the camp she was in. Fort Jackson’s Days of Remembrance ceremony honored those lost, the survivors and the liberators of the concentration camps at the end of World War II.
