Prayer wheel with Chenrezig mantra
Prayer wheel at the Swayambhunath, an ancient religious complex atop a hill in the Kathmandu Valley, Nepal. This cylindrical 'wheel' has Chenrezig mantra written on it - Om Mani Peme Hung, and according to the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, spinning such a wheel will have much the same meritorious effect as orally reciting the prayers.
