ARABIAN GULF (Nov. 26, 2016) Seaman Jessy Frailey stands the starboard life buoy watch on the fantail of the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) (Ike). Frailey serves aboard Ike as a boatswain's mate. Ike and its carrier strike group are deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the 5th Fleet area of operations.
