Internet café "Facebook" next to the old church in Gondar, Ethiopia. In the central square of the city of Gondar stands out the proximity of a new cybercafe "Facebook" next to the old church. Founded in 1636 in northwest Ethiopia, it was the seat of the court of Emperor Fasil or Fasilidas. For nearly 200 years it was a royal city, a commercial crossroads and home to culture. It propelled one of the most fruitful periods of Ethiopian art.
