Heather Parker, a dental hygienist and case manager with Kodiak Area Native Association, provides information on the local population to dental providers with Arctic Care 2021 in a conference room at the KANA Main clinic in Kodiak, Alaska, May 5, 2021. The Innovative Readiness Training brought together approximately 500 joint service and interagency uniformed personnel to gain hands-on, real-world training to improve readiness in contingency environments while providing medical, dental and veterinary services to communities across Kodiak Island.
