Dustin Byrum, commanding officer, Headquarters Marine Air Group 31, during an award ceremony for the Italian Delegation at Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, South Carolina, Nov. 29, 2022. Casapieri gave Byrum a commendation letter and a plaque for supporting the Italian Navy F-35B pilots and maintainers and assisted in the development of their organic F-35B training program that will be located at Amendola Air Base, Italy.
