Asa Kim, commanding officer of Navy Operational Support Center Fort Carson, poses with his parents during the change of command ceremony on the United States Army installation Fort Carson, the “Mountain Post”. Lt. Cmdr. Kim was commissioned in May 2003 and recently served in Arlington, Virginia as the Director of Budget and Execution Officer. The NOSC is in charge of assuring mobilization readiness for 212 reserve Sailors in the Colorado Springs area.
