Bottles collected from Marine installations on Okinawa are placed in containers to be sold at the Recycling Center on Camp Foster. The profits made from the sale of these bottles go back in to the Quality Recycling Program, which is a self-sustaining program that pays for the workers' salaries, equipment and maintenance.
