Traditional Carpathian icon of the Annunciation dated from the middle of the 18th century on the Prothesis in the altar of the of Saint Nicholas' Church in Jiráskovy Gardens in Hradec Králové in Eastern Bohemia, Czech Republic. The wooden church was built in 1502-1510 the village of Habura near Medzilaborce, Eastern Slovakia. In 1744 the church was sold and moved to the nearby village of Malá Pol'ana. The church was hardly damaged during the First World War. In 1934, the remains of the wooden church were sold again and moved to Hradec Králové.
